ShrinkPDF is designed to be privacy-first. PDF compression happens locally in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to ShrinkPDF servers during compression.

What we process

For MVP usage limits, we store a small amount of local state in your browser (localStorage and cookies), including whether your free compression has been used and how many paid credits remain on this device.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. ShrinkPDF does not collect or store your card details. Stripe processes payment data according to Stripe's own policies.

Analytics

This MVP includes privacy-friendly analytics placeholders only. No invasive tracking is enabled by default.
